The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $7,027.90, which includes the outstanding rent arrears and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $31.60 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting June 13, 2023, until the Tenant moves out.
