What happened

The Tenant filed an application alleging that the Landlord failed to meet maintenance obligations regarding a water leak from the bathroom ceiling. The ruling

If the Landlord does not pay by July 19, 2025, interest will accrue, and the Tenant is authorized to recover the amount by deducting it from the rent for August and September 2025.
