What happened
Landlords applied for an order requiring the Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Tenant was still in possession of the rental unit as of the hearing date and did not pay the total rent they were required to pay for the period from February 1, 2023 to May 31, 2023.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay to the Landlords $186.00 for the cost of the application. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlords the full amount owing on or before June 20, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
