What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to significant rent arrears. To void the eviction and continue the tenancy, the Tenant must pay $11,201.00 by November 30, 2025, or $12,201.00 if paid on or after December 1, 2025.
