What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 5, 2026, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $7,786.00 by December 31, 2025, or $9,686.00 by January 5, 2026. If the Tenant fails to pay and move out, the Landlord is authorized to enforce eviction starting January 6, 2026. The Tenant is ordered to pay $4,003.85 plus daily compensation of $62.47 until they vacate.
