What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlords also claimed charges related to NSF cheques.

The tenancy was terminated effective October 19, 2022, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay $9,328.62 to the Landlords, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date, the cost of filing the application, and unpaid NSF charges, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit.
