The Landlords attempted to pay the one-month compensation to the Tenant, but the Tenant refused the payment. The Tenant must vacate the unit by March 31, 2025. If the Tenant does not vacate by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
