What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $25,950.90 in rent arrears and damages, plus $51.15 per day in compensation for continued occupancy starting March 28, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 7, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
