What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the tenant must move out by April 14, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $2,469.49 plus $81.86 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 4, 2023 until the tenant moves out. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by April 14, 2023, the tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
