What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the Tenant did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $1,887 by April 30, 2023 or $2,963.25 by May 6, 2023. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must move out by May 6, 2023 and pay the Landlord $160.99 plus $35.38 per day for use of the unit after April 13, 2023.
