What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference and damages to the premises. The hearing of the Tenant's motion to set aside order LTB-L-007592-23 issued on March 29, 2023 is adjourned on a priority basis to a date to be set by the Board.
