What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent and for substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and for wilfully or negligently causing damage to the premises.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 24, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,759.09 for rent arrears, application filing fees, and damage to the rental unit. If the Tenants do not vacate by June 24, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
