What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to their failure to pay rent in full and on time as per the previous LTB order. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the eviction order.

The ruling

The Tenants' motion to set aside the eviction order was granted. The previous LTB order was cancelled and replaced with a new conditional order, giving the Tenants one final opportunity to save the tenancy by paying rent on time going forward.
