What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent. An initial order was issued on June 30, 2025, which granted the Landlord's application in part but allowed the Tenant a payment plan to resolve the arrears. The Tenant filed a review request on the same day, alleging a serious error in the order and wishing to present new evidence regarding financial support from a third party (EPIC).

The ruling

The Tenant's request for a review of order LTB-L-025322-25 is denied. The Board found no serious error in the original decision or the hearing process. The original order, which included a payment plan for rent arrears, remains confirmed and unchanged.
