What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The tenancy will be terminated on May 2, 2023 if the tenant does not pay $11,063.02 by April 30, 2023 or $12,717.84 by May 2, 2023 to void the order. If the tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by May 2, 2023 and pay daily compensation of $54.41 from April 13, 2023 until they move out.
