What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 7, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $16,767.89 less any payments made since January 12, 2023, as well as $43.65 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting March 28, 2023 until the Tenants move out.
