What happened

The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord a total of $10,428.29 for rent arrears and costs. This amount is to be paid in 13 installments between April 15, 2025, and April 5, 2026. The Tenant must also pay ongoing rent as it becomes due. If the Tenant fails to comply with any part of this payment agreement, the Landlord is entitled to apply to the LTB for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant without notice.
