What happened

The ruling

The parties reached a consent agreement. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $3,415.40 for rent arrears and costs in a series of installments from April 15, 2025, to October 15, 2025. The Tenants must also pay their regular rent on time. If the Tenants fail to make any payment, the Landlord can apply to the LTB for an order to evict them without further notice.
