What happened

The Landlord filed an application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. During the hearing, the parties reached a consent agreement for the Tenants to pay the outstanding arrears through an installment plan.

The ruling

The parties reached a consent agreement. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $3,415.40 for rent arrears and costs in a series of installments from April 15, 2025, to October 15, 2025. The Tenants must also pay their regular rent on time. If the Tenants fail to make any payment, the Landlord can apply to the LTB for an order to evict them without further notice.
