What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $22,838.80 by April 30, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by April 30, 2023 and pay $20,376.70 to the Landlord plus daily compensation of $79.85 from March 31, 2023 until move-out.
