What happened

The Landlord applied to end the occupancy and evict the Tenants because they failed to pay monthly housing charges and were persistently late in payments. During the hearing, both parties agreed to a consent order establishing a payment plan for the arrears and a requirement for timely future payments.

The ruling

On consent of both parties, the Tenants are ordered to pay $5,648.04 in arrears through a monthly installment plan of $470.00 starting October 15, 2025, plus a final payment of $478.04 in September 2026. The Tenants must also pay regular housing charges on the 1st of each month. Failure to meet any payment term allows the Landlord to apply for an immediate eviction order without further notice to the Tenants.
