The ruling

The tenants must pay the landlords $9,137.64 (less any payments made after the application was filed) and $69.86 per day in compensation starting April 25, 2023 until they move out. If the tenants do not pay the full amount by May 5, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
