What happened
The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant because the tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The tenant was found to have committed further illegal acts on the residential complex property, including throwing a flowerpot filled with dirt off the balcony and yelling and throwing objects off the balcony.
The ruling
The tenancy between the landlord and the tenant is terminated. The tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before May 14, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction. The landlord is authorized to deduct $37.49 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting May 4, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
