What happened

The Co-op applied to terminate the Co-op Member's occupancy and evict them due to allegations of substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Co-op or another member, committing an illegal act, and seriously impairing the safety of another person in the residential complex.

The ruling

The Co-op proved the grounds for termination of the Co-op Member's occupancy. The Co-op Member must vacate the unit by September 16, 2024. If they do not, the Co-op can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Co-op Member must pay the Co-op $186 for the application fee.
