What happened

The Landlord applied for the termination of tenancy and eviction of the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Tenants vacated the unit on January 2, 2025, before the hearing. This amount consists of total rent arrears up to the move-out date and the application fee, minus the post-application payment, the rent deposit, and accrued deposit interest.
