What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective December 2, 2023, unless the Tenant pays $22,577.34 by November 30, 2023, or $23,989.94 by December 2, 2023, to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by December 2, 2023, and pay the Landlord $20,201.91, which includes rent arrears and the filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
