The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $16,386 by December 31, 2024 or $18,636 by January 5, 2025. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate the unit by January 5, 2025 and pay the Landlords $12,390.99 plus daily compensation of $73.97 from December 10, 2024 until the date they move out.
