The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $2,512.18 by 2024-01-31 or $3,491.27 by 2024-02-15 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate by 2024-02-15. The Landlord is authorized to deduct $32.19 per day for compensation starting 2023-12-05 until the Tenant vacates.
