What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of May 1, 2025, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount of arrears. If the order is not voided, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $340.56, which accounts for rent arrears to the hearing date and the application fee, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $36.21 for each day they remain in the unit after the hearing.
