The tenancy is terminated effective June 24, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $11,704.84, which includes the outstanding rent arrears from the previous order and new arrears up to June 13, 2023. The tenant must also pay the landlord $70.68 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting June 14, 2023 until the tenant vacates the unit.
