The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2023. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before June 30, 2023. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,903.56 in compensation for use of the unit from March 1, 2023 to June 1, 2023, and $59.18 per day starting June 2, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
