What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated if the tenants do not pay $16,056 by April 30, 2023 or $18,406 by May 6, 2023 to void the order. If the tenants do not void the order, they must pay $14,633.12 to the landlord and will owe daily compensation of $77.26 starting April 13, 2023 until they move out.
