The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 24, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $17,789.82 (less any payments made after May 24, 2023) and $78.90 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting June 14, 2023 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 24, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
