What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a mediated settlement signed by the parties on October 18, 2022, with respect to a previous application.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by May 2, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,269.51 (less any payments made after the application was filed) and $28.31 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 22, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
