What happened

The ruling

If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $6,072.82 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by September 30, 2024. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting October 1, 2024.
