What happened

The ruling

The tenant shall pay the landlord $4,788.75, which includes rent arrears up to November 25, 2022 and the cost of filing the application. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by June 3, 2023, the tenant will start to owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
