What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order. The Tenant did not meet the conditions specified in the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 15, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $2,083.91 plus $54.25 per day starting April 5, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 15, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
