The tenancy is terminated effective May 8, 2023. The Tenants are ordered to pay $2,323.74 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to April 27, 2023 and the cost of filing the previous application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay $83.84 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting April 28, 2023 until they move out.
