Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlords have entered into an agreement of purchase and sale of the rental unit and the purchasers in good faith require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The Tenants' request for review is granted and, as the Landlords do not dispute that the sale fell through and there is no purchaser who in good faith requires possession of the rental unit, the Landlords' application must be dismissed.
