J.M. (the 'Landlord') applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Y.
Y. B. (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate
the tenancy.
The Landlord's application was resolved by order LTB-L-000739-23, issued on January 16, 2023.
This order was issued without a hearing being held.
The Tenant filed a motion to set aside order LTB-L-000739-23.
The motion was heard by videoconference on February 21, 2023.
The Landlord, the Landlord’s legal representative, Li Wang, and the Tenant’s son and
representative, Parsh Vahid, attended the hearing.
On consent of the parties, it is ordered that:
1. The motion to set aside Order LTB-L-000739-23, issued on January 16, 2023, is denied.
2. The stay of Order LTB-L-000739-23, is lifted on July 31, 2023.
