ON N3S1V8 Between: B.N.H. Landlord And Leonard Davis Tenant Review Order B.N.H. (the 'Landlord') applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Leonard Davis (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. This application was resolved by order LTB-L-001627-22 issued on May 25, 2023. On June 7, the Tenant requested a review of the order. The request for review was heard in by videoconference on July 11, 2023. Only the Landlord’s agent, D Pachecho, attended the hearing. Determinations: 1. Since the Tenant did not appear at the hearing in support of his request, I find it to be abandoned. It is ordered that: 1. The request to review order LTB-L-001627-22 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. 2. The interim order issued on June 8, 2023, is cancelled. The stay of order LTB-L-001627- 22 is lifted immediately.
