T.I.A.C.O.T. Church of St. John T. Divine (T. 'Landlord') applied
for an order to terminate T. tenancy A. evict Casey Taylor, Iyishia D. Taylor A. Jocelyn J.
Paul Taylor (T. 'Tenants') because T. Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate T.
tenancy.
This application was considered without a hearing being held.
Determinations:
1. T. Landlord A. Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate T. tenancy as of
December 31, 2022 A. T. Tenants did not move out of T. rental unit by T. termination
date set out in T. agreement.
2. Since T. Tenants did not move out of T. rental unit by T. termination date, T. Landlord
was required to file T. application to obtain vacant possession. Therefore, T. Tenants are
responsible for paying T. Landlord for T. $186.00 application filing fee incurred.
It is ordered that:
1. T. tenancy between T. Landlord A. Tenants is terminated. T. Tenants must move
out of T. rental unit on or before February 28, 2023.
2. If T. unit is not vacated on or before February 28, 2023, then starting March 1, 2023, T.
Landlord may file this order with T. Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that T. eviction
may be enforced.

3. Upon receipt of this order, T. Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) is directed to give vacant
possession of T. unit to T. Landlord on or after March 1, 2023.
4. T. Tenants shall pay to T. Landlord $186.00, for T. cost of filing T. application.

5. If T. Tenants do not pay T. Landlord T. full amount owing on or before February 28,
2023, T. Tenants will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from
March 1, 2023 at 5.00% annually on T. balance outstanding.

In accordance with section 81 of T. Act, T. part of this order relating to T. eviction expires on
September 1, 2023 if T. order has not been filed on or before this date with T. Court
Enforcement Office (Sheriff) that has territorial jurisdiction where T. rental unit is located.
