Review Order
N.M.K. (the 'Landlord') applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict
Patricia E Jackson (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes.
This application was resolved by order LTB-L-016177-22, issued on March 16, 2023.
On March 23, 2023, the Tenant requested a review of the order. The Tenant’s review request
was resolved by review order LTB-L-016177-22-RV, issued on March 27, 2023.
On April 18, 2023, the Tenant requested a review of the March 27, 2023 review order.
A preliminary review of the review request was completed without a hearing.
Determinations:
1. On the basis of the submissions made in the request, I am not satisfied that there is a
serious error in the order or that a serious error occurred in the proceedings.
2. The Tenant’s April 18, 2023 request to review the March 27, 2023 review order is
substantially similar to the Tenant’s March 23, 2023 request to review the March 16, 2023
hearing order.
3. Rule 26.18 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure does not permit a party to request a further
review of an order. The April 18, 2023 review request will accordingly be denied.

4. The Tenant has exhausted the Board’s review process. The Tenant may appeal Board
orders to the Divisional Court, pursuant to section 210 of the Residential Tenancies Act,
2006 (the ‘Act’).

It is ordered that:
1. The request to review Board review order LTB-L-016177-22-RV, issued on March 27, 2023,
is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged.
