ON K1N7J7 Between: T.M. L. A. A. B. A. J. N. Tenants On February 28, 2023, T.M. (the 'L.') applied for an order to terminate the tenancy A. evict A. B. A. J. N. (the 'Tenants') because the Tenants did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on August 3, 2022 with respect to application LTB-L-040886-22. This application was decided without a hearing being held. Determinations: 1. The order provides that the L. can apply to the LTB under section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the 'Act') without notice to the Tenants to terminate the tenancy A. evict the Tenants if the Tenants do not meet certain condition(s) in the order. This application was filed within 30 days of the breach. 2. I find that the Tenants have not met the following conditions specified in the order: On or before February 1, 2023, the Tenants failed to pay in full $250.00 towards the outstanding arrears plus pay the lawful rent for February 2023. It is ordered that: 1. Order LTB-L-040886-22 is cancelled. 2. The tenancy between the L. A. the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before May 7, 2023. 3.
