Landlord And Stephanie Lapier Tenant Review Order S.L. (the 'Landlord') applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Stephanie Lapier (the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques. This application was resolved by order LTB-L-025989-22 issued on January 12, 2023. On February 7, 2023, the requested a review of the order. The request was heard in by videoconference on March 6, 2023. Only the Landlord’s representative Maria Ceglie attended the hearing. The Tenant did not attend the hearings prior to the conclusion of the hearing block. Determinations: 1. The Tenant did not attend the hearing to defend the request to review. 2. I am not satisfied that there is a serious error in the order or that a serious error occurred in the proceedings or that the Landlord was not reasonably able to participate in the proceeding. It is ordered that: 1. The request to review order LTB-L-025989-22 issued on January 12, 2023 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged.  2. The interim order issued on February 7, 2023 is cancelled. The stay of order LTB- L025989-22 is lifted immediately.
