(the 'Tenant') because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. This application was initially resolved by Board Order LTB-L-001225-22-RV issued on October 19, 2022. The Landlord filed an application with the Board on April 11, 2023, alleging the Tenant breached one of the conditions of Board Order LTB-L-001225-22-RV. That application was resolved by Board Order LTB-L-029405-23-EX issued on May 15, 2023. The Tenant requested a review and stay of Board Order LTB-L-029405-23-EX on May 20, 2023 which was granted and directed to a review hearing on May 30, 2023. This review request was heard by videoconference on July 5, 2023 at 09:00 am. The Landlord Representative Laura Groshok and the Tenant attended the hearing. Determinations: 1. The Landlord Representative advised that the Tenant fulfilled the requirements of LTB Board Order LTB-L-001225-22-RV.  2. The Landlord consented to the review.
