Landlords Aurora P. And J.C.L. Tenants Maria Vanessa L. J.P. and Aurora P. (the 'Landlords') applied for an order requiring J. C. L. and Maria Vanessa L. (the 'Tenants') to pay the rent that the Tenants owe. This application was heard by videoconference on July 31, 2023. The Landlord, Aurora P., the Landord’s Agent, Caroline P., the Tenants and the Tenants’ Representative, Michelle Sutherland attended the hearing. The parties agree: 1. The Tenants owe the Landlords $11,050.00 which represents arrears owing for the period ending July 31, 2023. 2. The Landlords is not seeking the cost for filing the application. It is ordered that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlords $11,050.00. This amount includes rent arrears owing up to July 31, 2023. 2. If the Tenants does not pay the Landlords the full amount owing on or before August 20, 2023, the Tenants will start to owe interest. This will be simple interest calculated from August 21, 2023 at 6.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
