This application was resolved by order LTB-L-039969-22, issued on February 24, 2023. On March 1, 2023, the Landlord requested a review of the order. Determinations: 1. An amended order was issued on March 6, 2023, correcting the clerical error. 2. The amendment resolves the Landlord’s review request. 3. Accordingly, the Landlord’s request to review is denied.
