This application was resolved by order LTB-L-040133-22 issued on February 28, 2023. On March 10, 2023, the Tenant requested a review of the order and that the order be stayed until the request to review the order is resolved. On March 13, 2023 interim order LTB-L-040133-22-RV-IN was issued, staying the order issued on February 28, 2023. This request for review was heard by videoconference on March 30, 2023. Only the Landlord’s legal representative Gayle St. Clair attended the hearing. As of 9:40am, the Tenant was not present or represented at the hearing. Determinations: 1. As the Tenant did not attend the hearing to support their request for a review, the request for a review will be denied. It is ordered that: 1. The request to review order LTB-L-040133-22 issued on February 28, 2023 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. 2. The interim order issued on March 13, 2023 is cancelled. The stay of order LTB-L-040133- 22 is lifted immediately.
