Tenants Selam B. H.B. and Selam B. (the 'Tenants') filed a motion to set aside order LTB-L-05157022 because, before the eviction order was enforced, the Tenant paid the amount required under subsection 74(11) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 (the 'Act') to void the order. This motion was heard by videoconference on May 11, 2023. The Landlord’s representative Nidhi Sharma, and the Tenants, attended the hearing. At the hearing the Landlord’s representative consented to the Tenants’ motion as all amounts owing under the order have been paid in full at the time the Tenants filed the motion. It is ordered that: 1. Order LTB-L-051570-22 is void and cannot be enforced by the Landlord.
