J.B.A.S.J. Tenants Interrent Holdings Manager Limited Partnership (the 'Landlord') applied for an order to terminate the tenancy A. evict J.B.A.S.J. (the 'Tenants') because the Tenants did not pay the rent that the Tenants owe. This application was heard by videoconference on April 13, 2023. The Landlord’s legal representative, J. Lloyd, A. the Tenants attended the hearing. The parties before the LTB consented to the following order: It is ordered on consent that: 1. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord $16,721.20 arrears A. costs owed to the Landlord to April 30, 2023. 2. The Tenants shall pay to the Landlord the amount set out in paragraph 1 in accordance with the following schedule: (a) $10,000.00 on or before April 30, 2023 (b) Commencing May 2023, A. continuing each month for 10 months to February 2024, $600.00 on or before the 1st day of each of those months, respectively, (c) $721.20 on or before March 1, 2024. 3. The Tenants shall also pay to the Landlord new rent on time A. in full as it comes due A. owing for the period commencing May 2023, up to A. including March 2024, or until the arrears are paid in full, whichever date is earliest. 4.
